This is obviously a moral issue. Allowance. As we can all see, this issue infringes on human rights and Kant's theory on "duty" and intent. Is the intent actually selfish or selfless? we do not know. And at the same time, as adolescence, we are already more or less developed in terms of cognitive and rational thinking. We are humans too - and humans have the right of choice. Choosing what we do with our lives (with its own instrumental value) is a right we naturally own. Isn't this, depriving us of our rights?

At the same time, it is all parents' duty to protect their children; it is also society's duty to care for the individual. Is this actual care? Maybe, but the intent must also be considered....
